Justice + Nate | Homespun Wedding at Homestead | Crystal Spring, PA
Some weddings are big, bold, and packed with details — and some are exactly, perfectly them. Nate and Justice’s wedding day was the kind that just felt right from the moment I pulled up their driveway. They chose to get married at their homestead, tucked into the peaceful countryside, surrounded by the animals they love and the people who matter most. It was personal, calm, honest, and full of the sweetest little moments you could ever hope for as a photographer.
These two aren’t just clients — they’re long-term friends of ours, which made seeing them step into this new chapter feel extra special. Joe, my husband, officiated the ceremony (which still cracks me up and warms my heart at the same time), and I photographed everything — a power duo we didn’t know we needed until now. The ceremony itself was simple and intentional: just their immediate family gathered together outdoors, with animals curiously peeking in as if they understood exactly what was happening. It felt like something out of a storybook — unforced, quiet, and completely authentic.
After they sealed the deal, we headed to a barn nearby where all of their closest friends were waiting. The energy shifted from soft and peaceful to pure joy — hugs, cheers, happy tears, and that kind of effortless fun you only get with people who genuinely love you. The barn reception had that perfect blend of country charm and “let’s celebrate these two humans we adore.”
Nate and Justice kept the day exactly how they wanted it: personal, meaningful, and full of heart. And being invited to capture it — while Joe helped make it official — made the whole experience even more special.
Congratulations, you two. Thank you for trusting us with such an incredible, honest, love-filled day.
